The house is oriented on the south, on a property of 1700m², at the end of a small road. The location is very quiet and peaceful. You dispose of a private pool and 2 terraces.
You can walk/hike, starting from the house, in the vineyards or the hills. The "Canal de Midi" is only 10 minutes away.

Modern furnished recently renovated house with open kitchen with all comfort (oven, microwave, ceramic cooking, steam oven, refrigerater/freezer, dishwasher, senseo machine,...), eating place and living ( tv, radio, dvd, cd). On the ground floor there is a bedroom (2 single beds or 1 double bed) and bathroom. Hall with toilet and washing machine.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom (1 double bed, 180cm) with bathroom (douche, toilet, lavabo) and terrace.

Between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in the heart of the pays cathare. Culture and gastronomie (wine!) à volonté. In the village, at 2 miles of the house, you'll find a grocery, bakkery, bar/restaurant. Within a circle of 6 miles there are a lot of possibilities for shopping: local markets, supermarket, fish and meat grocery, ...
