Quietly located holiday home in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, yet not isolated. It is a renovated old typical maison en pierre with private swimming pool.

This house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 downstairs and 1 on the top floor. There are 2 x double beds and 2 x single beds on the ground floor and in the upstairs bedrooms there are 3 x single beds, there is a bathroom upstairs with a bath, sink and toilet and downstairs there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. .

The house has a large basement and there is also a shower and separate toilet available, this room is connected to the pool terrace. There is also a refrigerator and darts board in this room. There is also a ping pong table.

The kitchen is directly connected to a covered terrace with table and chairs and a terrace on the other side of the kitchen with a lounge that is then connected by a staircase to the swimming pool.

A high chair and cots are available (beds upon request)

This house is completely private, the pool is maintained twice a week and is normally on Wednesdays and Saturdays

It is located 70km from Bergerac airport, 120km from Toulouse, 180km from Bordeaux.

You can visit beautiful villages such as Montflanquin, Roquecor, etc. and they also have their market day, such as Pujols on Sunday.

The south-west of France is also known for its local products, fruit, cheese, wine, honey, vegetables, foi-gras, etc. There are many local markets where you can taste these local products.

In the village of Frespech there is a market every Friday morning with local producers where you can taste their products on the grounds of the Musée de Foi Gras, with entertainment for children.
