Quiet location amid fields, at the end of a private dead-end road. Terraces all around, partly covered. Swimming pool (10x 4) on the south terrace.
- The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 1 with 4 single beds and 3 bathrooms.
- On the property: authentic and romantic pigeonnier (bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen) with accompanying glamping desert tent of 5 m diameter and 3 m high (max. 5 people or 1 family).
- Secluded but close to everything: Villeréal at 5 km, with supermarket, shops, doctor, market, restaurants.
- Orchard with lanterns and long dining table with benches in wood. Sunbeds, hammocks, bbq, fire pit, canoe for 3 people, 7 bikes, petanque court, football goal, darts....
- There is on the estate the little river Le Dropt, with a swimming pond, accessible by a gentle slope.
- The grounds are fully accessible with footpaths and open spaces. In a hammock under the trees, you will totally relax.
- In the surroundings, you will discover the blissful French life: castles of the Dordogne, local markets, marchés gourmands with live music, delicious wines from local winegrowers...

- House: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room with office and lounge, living kitchen, pantry with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. All furnished with great care. All comforts present, fibre optic internet, fully equipped.
Downstairs: bedroom with double bed (160) with en suite dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Second bedroom with double bed (140), bathroom with shower. Upstairs: master bedroom with double bed (160) and child bed. Bedroom with 4 single beds (90). Bathroom with shower.
Large rooms, plenty of storage space and possibility of adding cots.
- Pigeonnier includes bedroom with bunk bed, with a double bed of 140 cm below and a bed of 90 cm above, storage space, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, pergola, terrace.
The desert tent next to the pigeonner: 5 m diameter, 3 m highest point, fixed furniture with lounge, double bed (160) and cabin trunk.

Beautiful region just south of the Dordogne, in the Lot-et-Garonne, in the Pays des Basitides. Amid lovely countryside with pretty medieval bastide towns. 5 min from Villeréal, one of 'les plus beaux villages de France', with all amenities, market, supermarket, restaurants. 10 min from Issigeac, known throughout south-west France for its Sunday market. 15 min from Monpazier and Monflanquin, beautiful bastides. 20 min from wine town Bergerac, with airport: flights from Charleroi every Monday and Friday! An hour and a half from Bordeaux.
Every day there is a market somewhere with delicious local produce.
