Villa La belle vue

This unique villa located in a village right next to the city of Béziers has great views over the rolling landscape. Béziers, with its numerous options for going out, restaurants, theaters, the 9 locks and shops, is a great attraction for many tourists. In addition, it is a 15-minute drive from the villa to the beach. Of course you can also relax by the villa's large (5x10) private swimming pool. This villa has a tastefully decorated living room with large open kitchen and cooking island. The villa has several large terraces and a large balcony off the top bedroom with great views. In the village there are some small shops (bakery, bank, restaurant, bar.) and 5 minutes away you are in the city of Béziers where you can find several large supermarkets and other shops. The beach is close by and there are enough entertainment options in the area to fill several holidays. 

The living room (50m²) with fireplace and the open kitchen (16m²) are adjacent to the terraces and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. In the storage room you will find the washing machine and dryer. There are two separate toilets on this floor. There are three bedrooms on this floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom and one bedroom has a private shower. One bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and one bedroom has a double bed (160x200). The third bedroom is located on the first floor, has a large balcony (25m²) with beautiful views and a double bed (140x200). This room also has its own TV and air conditioning. Adjacent to the kitchen is the terrace with the dining table. Directly connected to this is the main terrace with swimming pool (5x10). There is plenty of room for sun loungers around the pool and there are plenty of lounge areas. There is a small jeu de boules court in front of the house. You can park your car(s) in the garage under the house where the second refrigerator is also located.

Additional costs for rental: Reservation costs 50.00 euros, final cleaning of the villa 135 euros, tourist tax and costs for electricity consumption. It is then possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, baby cot and the like to enrich your holiday. These costs will be invoiced to you two weeks before the rental period together with the down payment invoice. You will also receive additional information about the property and the itinerary.
