With a large terrace, private heated pool, Mediterranean garden, and modern amenities, this is the perfect place to enjoy peace, sunshine, and local flavors.

The owner lives nearby and is available if needed, but will fully respect your privacy and freedom during your stay.

Charging an electric car via the villa's power supply is prohibited for safety reasons

The villa has recently been completely renovated. The beautiful, spacious living room with large open kitchen and air conditioning is of course fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. The sliding doors provide a lot of light into the house and in winter it is wonderful to relax by the pallet stove.

There are three bedrooms, all with double beds with single mattresses (90x200)

The bathroom is practical with a double sink and walk-in shower. The washing machine and dryer are also hidden here.

There is a guest toilet in the hallway. The covered terrace with the dining table opens onto the living room. From here you look out over the beautifully planted garden, the large oval swimming pool (5.5x11 with salt treatment) and the magnificent landscape of the Minervois.

It is wonderful to relax on the sunbeds by the pool and enjoy the peace, space and the French sun.

There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park the car next to the house, under the carport so that it is in the shade. (the parking lot is secured with a camera). 

Additional costs for the rental: Reservation costs 37.50 euros, final cleaning of the villa 100 euros, electricity costs according to the meter. It is then possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, cot and others to complement your holiday. These costs will be invoiced to you together with the deposit bill, two weeks before the rental period. you will also receive additional information about the property as well as the travel description.
