La Détente is located in the village of Garéoult in the Var, between the Massif de la Sainte-Baume and the Massif des Maures, in an oasis of peace with, among other things, 500 hectares of vineyards and 700 hectares of forest and scrub.

We are easily accessible by car, but also by train or plane.

The property is located on top of a hill, offering panoramic views.

The garden is completely fenced, and the plants provide sufficient privacy without being overlooked.
There is an illuminated and heated swimming pool with terraces with sufficient garden furniture.
In the garden there is one covered car parking space and the possibility to place a 2nd car.

There is also a petanque court in the 15-acre garden

The house is well equipped and has 4 bedrooms with 8 permanent sleeping places.
There is one bathroom with toilet and one separate toilet.
The single building has a typical regional style and is rather classic.
It is not super modern, but it is practical and cozy.
It is ideal for 4 to 6 people. With 8 people it can get a bit busy.

The house and the swimming pool are secured with an alarm.
There is the possibility to use a Weber gas barbecue (regulated red zone)
A few bicycles are available.

A landline telephone, radio and TV Flanders are available. Internet possible via 4G and mobile hotspot GSM

You can use the internet freely with your own device in the area of ​​"La Maison De Garéoult" around La Place Du Général de Gaulle and without a password at "WIFI_GRATUIT_GAREOULT".

During office hours, 3 internet PCs are also available free of charge in the "Centre-ADOS" on La Place Jules Ferry.
