Charming, spacious villa, very quietly located in nature.
The house has 5 sleeping units, including one family unit with two bedrooms. There are 12 permanent sleeping places and three of the bedrooms have a sofa bed that can be made into a comfortable single bed;
Each unit has its own bathroom and toilet. The sanitary facilities were also recently renovated. There is a large living room with dining table for 16 people and spacious seating area.
The kitchen is modern and very spacious. The courtyard has a large dining table and ping pong table.
The renovated swimming pool is safely enclosed, has plenty of space for sun loungers, a large lounge terrace and a pool house with toilet, refrigerator and dining tables.
The rental price includes accommodation, bed and bath linen and final cleaning. A deposit of 1200 euros must be paid. Consumption costs (electricity and gas) included.
Pets are not allowed on the domain.
The house is quietly located among vineyards and olive groves on the edge of a forest.
Eating and shopping facilities and cultural attractions in the immediate vicinity.
