Beautiful, comfortably furnished holiday home for 5 people with private heated swimming pool and air conditioning. The holiday home is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort such as dishwasher, washing machine, wireless internet, air conditioning. Everything is also available for families with small children: baby bed, high chair, changing mat.

The gite is located in a quiet street with plenty of privacy. 800 m away there is a bakery, butcher, greengrocer and supermarket. On Sundays there is the local market.

We also have a smaller gite (4 persons). This holiday home is located 800m from the larger gite and also has its own private swimming pool. of course, everything is here too to enjoy your holiday in comfort. This smaller holiday home is located in the vineyard.

The price includes heating, electricity, WIFI, sheets, towels, etc.

We speak Dutch, French, English and German. Since we live close to the gites, we guarantee a personal welcome and we are always available to give good tips about the area.

The kitchen with French doors opens onto a terrace and has sufficient storage space. It is an open modern kitchen, very complete with gas hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/microwave, coffee maker and a Senseo.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a TV with Dutch and Flemish channels. There is also air conditioning and good WiFi!

The bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds. bed (Auping, 160x200) and there is also an extra bedroom with bunk beds 2 x single. (90x190). Duvets and sheets are provided, so you don't need to bring them. The beds are made upon arrival.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bathroom furniture. There is also a washing machine/iron/ironing board.

On the terrace you have access to sun beds, a parasol and a dining table with chairs. There is also a barbecue. The access to the swimming pool can be completely closed off by a wire and a gate. There is also an alarm in the pool so that no accidents can happen.

4 km further is Joyeuse, where there is a large and lively market every Wednesday and where there are also several shops and supermarkets. The cozy Les Vans is 12 km away.

There are also many beautiful rivers and villages in the area and numerous sporting excursions are possible (walking, kayaking, canyoning, tree climbing, rock climbing, horse riding). There is also always the opportunity to visit a cave. After all, this is where the most beautiful caves in France are located.

Vallon Pont D'arc is 24 km away and is definitely worth a visit.
