The villa features two modern bathrooms, three toilets, and two comfortable bedrooms:
a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), WC, and washbasin,
a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm).
The open-plan kitchen with dining area and bright living room opens directly onto the semi-covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast.
Just 20 meters behind the villa, you’ll find the independent studio, equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a functional kitchen, and a bathroom. It enjoys a privileged location right by the heated swimming pool (open from 03/05 to 15/10/2025).
The wooden terrace, furnished with sun loungers, a table, and chairs, invites you to relax. A covered outdoor kitchen with an additional refrigerator completes the space perfectly.
Both the villa and the studio are fully equipped with all necessary household and kitchen amenities. Each accommodation has its own television and air conditioning.
The villa and studio are always rented together and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
In the nearby village of Moux, you will find a bakery, a post office, a restaurant, and a bar for your daily needs.
Just a 10-minute drive away, the town of Lézignan-Corbières offers several supermarkets, a variety of shops, and a large traditional market every Wednesday.
For sightseeing and excursions, the area is rich in cultural and natural treasures:
