There is also a second home on the property, but both houses are furnished in such a way that guests can optimally enjoy their peace and quiet.
Outside there is a beautiful communal swimming pool with sun beds and a spacious garden where you can relax.
The holiday home has a cozy living room with open kitchen and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The holiday home is located near the famous castle of Monbazillac, famous for its sweet dessert wines. The historic town of Bergerac is approximately 7 km away and lies on the Dordogne River.
The region is known for its vineyards, charming villages, local markets and gastronomy. Numerous sporting activities are possible in the area, such as walking, cycling and golf.
Cyclists can enjoy beautiful routes along the Dordogne between Bergerac and Mauzac.
