Villa Riabelle is a detached holiday villa for eight people, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The property sits on a 4,000 m² plot with abundant Mediterranean vegetation and several terraces, both poolside and covered adjacent to the house.

Inside, the house is tastefully decorated with light colors, wooden accents, and an open, airy layout. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable seating area, television, fireplace, and access to the terrace through large sliding windows. The room is air-conditioned.

The open-plan kitchen is adjacent and fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. It includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, a spacious refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a kitchen island, and a Nespresso machine.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 180 cm, 2 x 160 cm). The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, is oriented to stay cool in the summer and has an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and shower. The second, very spacious bedroom, also on the ground floor, has air conditioning and an open-plan bathroom with a bath, shower, sinks, and a private toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ceiling fans. They share a bathroom with a shower and sinks. A separate toilet is located in the hallway on both floors.

Outside, you'll find the private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) with Roman steps and a depth from 1m10 till 1m40, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There's a covered terrace with a dining table and a summer kitchen with a built-in washing machine and BBQ, perfect for long summer evenings. Various seating areas allow you to socialize or enjoy a book and a glass of wine in privacy.

Ample parking is available on the property. The garden is fenced, partly with wire fencing and partly with electric wire, and has an access gate.

Villa Riabelle is located in the heart of Provence Verte, just 4 kilometers from Cotignac—a lively and popular village with a beautiful village square, fine restaurants, wine bars, artisan shops, and a weekly market. The village is nestled against an impressive rock face and has an authentic, warm atmosphere.
