Charming gîte for 2 to 8 people – comfort, space and pure relaxation

Welcome to our attractive and comfortable gîte, a place where peace, charm and modern comfort come together. The house can be flexibly adapted for 2 to 8 people, so you always enjoy a spacious and pleasant stay, whether you are traveling as a couple or with family and friends.

Inside you will find a warm and cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms that invite you to relax after a day in nature or an excursion in the area. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits, the perfect place for a relaxing breakfast in the sun, a good glass of wine in the evening or long pleasant dinners.

For 2 guests, the gîte offers a comfortable bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, together with all the living space and the terrace.

There are two additional double rooms and one bedroom with 2 separate beds on the first floor for 4 to 6 guests. A spacious bathroom with Italian walk-in shower and bath.

For 8 guests, the gîte offers a comfortable bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and two double rooms and one twin bedroom on the first floor. A spacious bathroom with Italian walk-in shower and bath.

Thanks to the combination of space, comfort and a warm atmosphere, our gîte is the ideal base for a romantic stay, a family holiday or a pleasant weekend with friends.

For safety reasons, we only accept children over 12 years old.

Rental price information:

Arrival time between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Check out between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

The price of the gîte includes water, electricity, bath towels, kitchen linen and bed linen.

After booking we will send you a booking confirmation by email.

Deposit: 30% of the rental amount upon booking.

Remaining amount: no later than 2 weeks before the day of arrival.

The booking is only final after receipt of the first payment.

For the months of July and August there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Outside the months of July and August it is possible to rent the gîte for a shorter period (minimum 2 nights).

We are located between Beaune and Autun where you can make various excursions.
