We achieved 3 stars in the Atout France classification as a furnished holiday home.
The house is located in a very quiet area with its own adjacent forest and overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Spotting deer in the early morning light or at dusk is not a rarity here.
On the spacious terrace or preferably somewhere in a shady spot under the oaks, various places on the domain offer everyone their own spot to enjoy the sun, a good book, a glass of wine or to simply enjoy.
The house is entirely on one level and includes:
spacious kitchen with 5 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and Senseo, mixer, kettle, etc.
large living room with TV with TV Flanders, chromecast
bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, separate toilet
large bedroom with box spring 1.6 x 2 m, wardrobe and baby bed

Anyone who enjoys walking or cycling will certainly find something to their liking in the area. Those who enjoy water fun can go to Lac St Sernin near Montcuq.
The house is located in the middle of "le vignoble de Cahors", anyone who enjoys a good glass of wine will certainly find something to their liking in one of the many domains.
On Friday morning there is a market in Prayssac, on Sunday morning in Montcuq.
Cahors, Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, Montauban, Toulouse or one of the many small villages in the area offer many attractions.
