The center is a short walk away with bus, train and boat connections to all coastal cities such as Antibes, Cannes, Nice (airport), Monaco, Saint-Tropez or Ventimiglia (Italy).

The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with a spacious sofa bed, a large terrace and a private enclosed garden. The living room, bedroom and large terrace overlook the residential park with palm trees. The swimming pool is only accessible free of charge to residents. It is possible to reserve a private parking space within the gated residence. There is also free parking in the immediate vicinity of the park. There is also an opportunity to charge an electric car.
