Bastide Saint Esprit

Bastide Saint Esprit is a beautiful country house nestled in the hills between Draguignan and Flayosc. It sleeps 10 and features a large 10 x 4.5 meter swimming pool. The mature garden is filled with flowering plants and trees. There is a lovely pool house with a charcoal barbecue, a table tennis table, and a pétanque court.

EXTERIOR

Bastide Saint Esprit is a large villa with a private, fenced, and heated swimming pool. The property is situated in a beautiful residential area 3.5 km from Draguignan.

The mature garden features large, 100-year-old cypress trees and numerous flowering plants. The property offers views over the valley. The property is completely private, with no neighbors overlooking it.

The swimming pool is 10 x 4.5 meters and has a lovely pool house for shade. There is also a dining table for 10 people and a barbecue. Sun loungers are provided by the pool, and there is a lovely seating area next to the pool.

Entrance is via a gate at the bottom of the property, and there is ample parking for 3 to 4 cars.

The private grounds total 6,000 m², the lower part of which consists of terraces planted with olive trees. There's a ping-pong table on the terrace at the back of the house. There's also a second dining table for 10 people.

INTERIOR

Bastide Saint Esprit is a large country house with over 200m² of living space. The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There's also a mezzanine with an extra bed in one of the bedrooms, making the house suitable for 12 people (rental for 12 people is available upon request).

On the ground floor, you enter through the hallway, which leads to the spacious living room. It consists of three sections: a sitting area with a flat-screen TV with French channels, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. There's also a separate sitting area by the fireplace. Adjacent is the dining room with a large dining table. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, equipped with a four-burner gas cooktop, an oven/grill, a microwave, two large fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, and a Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine.

Next to the dining room is the master bedroom with a large double bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, double sink, toilet, and shower.

From the living room, the stairs lead up to the first floor. There are two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. All three bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning.

At the front door, there's a separate entrance to the apartment, which is attached to the house. This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are identical, each with a double bed with two 80x200cm mattresses and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Both rooms have French doors leading to the garden at the side of the house.

One of the two bedrooms has a loft with a 140x200cm bed.

The original details in the house, such as the floors and beamed ceilings, are still in their original state, creating a beautiful, authentic atmosphere.
