Villa Vue Panoramique

Located close to the charming Provencal village of Lorgues, this is a beautiful mas to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday. With a wide view of the (own) wide olive groves and vineyards, you can fully relax in this beautiful forested area.

The villa is also suitable for families with children. There is a lovely swimming pool, table tennis and a private petanque area.

In case of rental to 6 people, the studios will be closed and a reduced cleaning price of 190 euros/stay applies.

The villa has an impressive driveway to reach the top of the house. There is a covered parking space and other cars can park at the end of the driveway. The house consists of several parts, namely the main house, a side studio and an underlying apartment, each with a separate access.

The main house is suitable for 6 people. The front door on the eastern side of the house bring you into a central hallway that connects to the living room and kitchen. You immediately see the golf clubs and tennis rackets, free for use. The warm style is typical of the living room. There are several sofas, a fireplace, television, music system and air conditioning. The large mirrors reflect the sunlight, making it very bright. The dining table next to the French doors is the place to dine together on colder evenings.

The kitchen consists of a central cooking area with 2 bar chairs, an induction hob, an oven and microwave. On the other side is the sink and an American fridge/freezer with ice block function. Prepare your coffee here in the morning and then soak up the first rays of sunshine on the covered terrace. In addition to a practical dining table, you will also find in the terrace a plancha and a countertop for preparing food. There is also a fan and heating.

Also on the ground floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a bed of 180 x 210 cm for those who want a longer bed. There is also a mobile air conditioner in this room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath tub (with shower facilities) and a single sink. Next to the bathroom there is a separate toilet. If we take the stairs upstairs in the central hallway, we enter a separate bedroom with adjoining bathroom and patio doors to an upper terrace with glass bricks. The bedroom has a lot of light and a breathtaking view. The bathroom consists of a bath tub (with shower facilities), a single sink and a toilet.

The studio is accessible from the outside on the east side of the house. The spacious bedroom, overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding terrace, has a bathroom a few steps higher up with a single sink, toilet and shower. There is a minibar in the built-in cupboard.

The underlying apartment is also only accessible from outside. Herefore you have to go past the outdoor shower in glass bricks. The apartment consists of a double room that is divided by sliding glass doors and curtains. In the first part there is a double bed, a table with some chairs, storage cupboard and a kitchen/entrance area with wine refrigerator, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a separate 2-burner induction hob. The second part is the children’s room with 2 single beds, lots of toys and a small sports room with treadmill and exercise bench. The bathroom with 2 sinks and spacious shower opens into the children’s area of the room. Additionally, there is a single bed in a separate front room which provides extra flexibility for sleeping the children, with a baby phone and a toilet. This front area and the first part overlook the communal terrace with a long dining table.

The outdoor area consists of a hill on the eastern side with steps leading up to a wooden platform that once again provides a breathtaking view. Furthermore, it is characterized on the western part by the swimming pool area with surrounding terraces. Separate from the covered terrace next to the kitchen, there is a lower terrace with a dining table for the whole group. To the left of the house there is a fenced area where small children can play in complete safety. There is a box full of outdoor toys and an inflatable swimming pool. A few steps down is a double swing and a few more down you have the pool terrace. It can be closed off from the rest by closing the gate. The drop-shaped swimming pool can be heated in spring and autumn (on request) and measures 8 by 6 m and goes from 1 to 3 m deep. There are some entering steps on the curve of the pool. We will find sun loungers, parasols, small tables to sit at and an outdoor shower all around.

You will find Villa Vue Panoramique in a villa park, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view over the hills of the region. There is an easy connection by car to Tourtour, known as one of the most authentic villages in Provence. The connection to Aups and subsequently the nature reserve of the Gorges de Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix is also quickly made. Ideal as a day trip for the sports enthusiasts among us.

The villa park is not closed and does not resemble a recreational park or campsite, but it does provide some extras such as the free use of tennis courts, jeu de boules courts, a communal swimming pool, volleyball court and, moreover, the feeling of not being isolated, even though the villa in a completely private location with a dominant position.

The beach of St. Maxime is 52 km, an hour's drive from the house.
