The villa

Modern and very luxurious ***** holiday villa for up to 8 people including a large studio. Facing south, so always sun until late in the day.

All bedrooms with private bathroom and private toilet. 

A new modern kitchen with all conceivable Miele appliances and a large outdoor kitchen.

The villa is very quietly located on top of the La Nartelle mountain in an enclosed Domaine on the Corniche of Ste. Maxime to Les Issambres is located.

The villa itself is also located on an enclosed plot of approximately 1250 m2. Beach is within walking distance.

The view

The villa has the most beautiful view imaginable on the Côte d'Azur. With 180 degree panoramic unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of St. Tropez and the most beautiful beach of Ste. Maxime La Nartelle. 

From the living room, the kitchen and the swimming pool and the beautiful garden with large terraces you can see all the large yachts and sailing ships sailing in and out to and from St. Tropez 

The heated overflow Infinity pool

The private swimming pool (10x4.5m) is heated at 28 ℃ and beautifully illuminated in the evening. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of St Tropez. The water treatment of the swimming pool is via salt electrolysis. The swimming pool is equipped with a diffaclean system so always a clean swimming pool! Depth from 1.10 to 1.50 meters. The swimming pool has an infrared alarm.

The garden and terraces

Beautifully landscaped illuminated garden with complete privacy. With large sun terraces around the mirror swimming pool with a view that you will never forget, of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of St. Tropez.

In addition, there is a covered terrace with a large dining table for idyllic dining and enjoying the view. There are also seating areas and a dining table in front of the open kitchen, from where you have a view of the heated swimming pool, the beach of La Nartelle and the bay of St. Tropez.

For cooking enthusiasts 

A very luxurious kitchen with 3 meter French doors to the terrace with the same panoramic view. With all conceivable Miele appliances such as steam oven, oven, warming drawer, double induction hob with integrated extractor, dishwasher at standing height and a large American fridge-freezer with ice cube machine and a wine climate cabinet.

At the kitchen island there is a nice kitchen bar and a smart TV with Chromecast streamer.

There is also a large outdoor kitchen/bar with gas barbecue and a large island induction hob, refrigerator and a sink with cold and hot water.

The living room

The living room of approximately 60 m² has 3 large glass sliding doors with 180 degree views of the garden, the heated swimming pool, the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of St. Tropez and the beach of La Nartelle.

Furthermore, in the seating area there are 2 sofas with a large smart TV with Chromecast streamer. The dining table is for 6-8 people. If you want to work quietly on your laptop, there are 2 workstations in the living room with an internet fiber connection. 

The bedrooms

The villa has 2 master bedrooms and a studio, all with air conditioning and a safe, with beautiful views of the garden, the pool and the sea.

In addition, a cool smaller bedroom with a ceiling fan. 

All bedrooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower and a private toilet in each bedroom.

The studio is a bedroom of approximately 50 m² with a large seating area, air conditioning, smart TV with Chromecast streamer and beautiful views of the pool and the bay of St. Tropez. Also a lovely sitting room when you want to retreat for a while! 

Of course, a large Miele washing machine and dryer are also included, as well as an ironing board and steam iron. A water softener provides soft water.

If you don't feel like cooking or would like to have lunch on the beach, our favorite restaurants on the beach of La Nartelle Nartelle with private beach: La Voile, Le Wyc, Prao, Mario Plage and right at the entrance of our Domaine du Parc de la Nartelle, Eden Plage also with private beach.

In Les Issambres our favorite restaurant is Cap Mail with a beautiful private beach.

Important to know.

In these modern times, there are more and more major booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and others that charge significant fees to both you as a tenant and us landlords. 

This can sometimes amount to up to 30% of the rental amount. Which is often passed on by landlords in the requested rent.

We do not use this. 

This allows you to avoid the extra costs that arise when booking agencies are involved.

The advantage is also that you now communicate directly with us as the owner of the villa.

Day of arrival and departure is Saturday. the minimum booking period is 7 days. In exceptional cases, a shorter period or different day of arrival can be discussed.

The most beautiful beach of Ste Maxime "La Nartelle", the golf course and the village can be reached in just 5 minutes. The famous Ste Maxime golf course is nearby. In addition to this 18-hole golf course, there are a large number of golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

There are also numerous excursions to do, such as: shopping at the weekly market of St Tropez or Cannes (accessible via a water taxi from the port of Ste Maxime or Les Issambres), or to the beaches of Ramatuelle or via the coastal route to Nice, Port Grimaud, a day of shopping in Monaco or a trip to the beautiful interior along this coastal region.

The combination of its old city center with old buildings, beautiful streets and many terraces plus the beautiful beaches of the town make Sainte-Maxime an excellent holiday destination for a wonderful beach holiday. 

Sainte-Maxime has six kilometers of beautiful sandy beaches. In the center you will find Plage de la Croisette, with a sailing school, and the unguarded Plage de la Madrague. 

Towards Les Issambres is the beach of La Nartelle, which is known as one of the most pleasant beaches in the area. 

From our villa you have a view of this beach of La Nartelle. Also our favorite, because of the many fun beach clubs. 

Slightly less mundane than Saint-Tropez across the bay, Sainte-Maxime is the ideal destination for a family holiday in France. Sheltered on the beautiful Mediterranean coast, Sainte-Maxime offers plenty of entertainment for the whole family. With 300 Sundays a year, it is a wonderful destination for a sun and sea holiday.

Fun events are organized in Sainte-Maxime all year round. Free concerts and shows at the Théâtre de la Mer, parties in honor of the city's patron saint, an art festival in October and a Christmas market in December. For sports enthusiasts, there are more than enough opportunities to practice sports in the area: tennis, mountain biking, horse riding and of course water sports such as jet skiing, water skiing and diving. The children will also have a great time in the various playgrounds and theme parks.

There are beautiful nature reserves around Sainte-Maxime, which extend from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to the wooded hills of the Les Maures mountain massif. South of the town you can discover the Mediterranean coastline, which is 11 kilometers long and where you will find fine, sheltered sandy beaches. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime

The beaches of Sainte-Maxime are very popular because of their ideal location: oriented to the south and protected from the wind by the mountains. Even the most spoiled beach lover will enjoy the beaches in the city itself and in the surrounding area. The best beaches are to the west of Saint-Maxime, especially at La Nartelle. 

This beach is 5 minutes from our holiday villa! Here you will also find a large number of beach clubs with private beaches.

The water

For lovers of sun, sea and beach, Sainte-Maxime has 6 kilometers of beach with fine sand for relaxing or swimming. If you want to experience something different, you can go to one of the many providers of boat trips at sea. Sainte-Maxime is also a paradise for those who enjoy water sports activities. You can enjoy fantastic sailing here or brave the wind on a catamaran or surfboard. Or play with the waves on a water ski or jet ski. Parasailing is also possible! A little less adventurous? Then, for example, discover the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean Sea, nature offers so much beauty here.

Sainte-Maxime is also ideally located for a discovery tour along the beautiful coast of the Côte d'Azur. You can do this in two directions: towards Bormes-les-Mimosas, or via Saint-Raphaël and Mandelieu-la-Napoule towards Grasse!

After a wonderful day of sun, sea and beach, it is nice to relax in the lively center of Sainte-Maxime. The Simon Lorière promenade offers beautiful views of Saint-Tropez. In the pedestrian part of the city you can stroll quietly past shops, restaurants and terraces. The characteristic tower, La Tour Carrée, is located in the old town. It was built by monks in the 16th century to protect the city against enemy raids. The tower is now a museum.

There are 14 golf courses around Sainte Maxime

Golf enthusiasts can also indulge themselves, because there are many beautiful golf courses in the VAR. And with approximately 300 sunny days a year, this is one of the most attractive golf destinations in Europe.

Because in the VAR department alone, where Ste Maxime is located, there are 14 golf courses, 7 of which are between 5 and 30 minutes by car from our villa. The other 7 golf courses are between 30 and 60 minutes from our villa. In addition, there are 14 golf courses in the Alpes-Maritimes department. Most of them are located around Cannes, approximately a 60-minute drive from our villa.

Golf Blue Green Sainte-Maxime

The very challenging top course of Sainte Maxime offers some spectacular holes and beautiful views of the sea and the golf of St. Tropez. The first nine holes emphasize accuracy. The second nine are wider, but more uneven. Holes 16 and 17 in particular are particularly spectacular. A buggy is mandatory on Sainte Maxime and must be paid for locally.

Les Domaines de Saint Endreol

Les Domaines de Saint Endréol is located in the middle of the Provencal landscape, a 30-minute drive from Cannes and St. Tropez. 

The very varied and challenging St. Endréol course is located in a rolling landscape with old pine trees. The perfectly maintained fairways take you through the valley of the River L'Endre. An impressive red mountain massif adorns the background. A top job!

Golf de Beauvallon

Located in Grimaud, 3 kilometers from Sainte Maxime. Beauvallon extends over 40 hectares and offers you a varied 18-hole course, which is remarkably well maintained in a beautiful natural environment.
