Villa Ensoleillée is a completely detached 10-person air-conditioned villa with private pool and large garden with its own jeu-de-boules court, located on the 4* holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The villa has been given a nice update inside and out. In 2024 completely new bathrooms and toilet. Shortly before that new furniture, new box-spring beds and a beautiful new terrace and swimming pool. The house is also energy neutral - through solar panels.

The villa has a very spacious garden with swimming pool, jeu-de-boules court, a long garden table under the extended veranda with adjustable chairs, sunbeds around the pool and parking for two to three cars. Outside has been completely renovated: a larger extension to the house - a new larger terrace around the pool - and a beautiful new pergola for more shade. Outdoor toys for the children such as table tennis bats, air mattresses, etc. are in the storage room. A charging point for your electric car is also available.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, which ensures that you will sleep wonderfully in a warm summer. Each bedroom has 2 beds and sufficient closet space. 1 bedroom has a bunk bed. We make the beds before arrival! In 2024 we will welcome you with 2 new bathrooms!

There is sufficient living space for everyone in the living room. The cozy fireplace, beautiful large TV, board games in the dresser, the long dining table and cozy accessories complete the whole. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all conveniences and equipment including a large refrigerator, a combination oven-microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso/(and Senseo) - coffee machine, kettle. There is also a washing machine. We have a nice extra refrigerator available.

There are outdoor toys in the storage room. Around the pool is garden furniture including sunbeds, a number of parasols, two large garden tables, adjustable chairs with a lounge set under a wonderfully cool mulberry terrace. There is a second lounge set under the new pergola. The garden has a new fence all around it, making the house extra suitable for kids (and/or dogs on request).
