2 beautiful houses, each with sufficient privacy (max 8pers and max 6pers- 2 x 3 bedrooms), located in the LOT department (near Rocamadour) in a beautiful nature reserve! (Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy - awarded the prestigious Unesco Global Geopark label)

Both houses can be rented separately or together . Both houses were recently restored .

All facilities can be found in Gramat at about 5 km. (restaurants, department stores, bakers, butchers, pharmacies ...) Ideal location for endless excursion possibilities (Rocamadour, Cahors, Gouffre de Padirac, St. Cirque-Lapopie, Sarlat, Figeac ...) but enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the still untouched nature is an experience in itself.

Located between the Lot and Dordogne rivers, you can of course also guarantee hours of canoe, kayak and water fun.

There is still a lot of demand for private homes with a private swimming pool and I can offer this to you. The swimming pool of 10m x 5m with outdoor shower is heated, which can be great fun for both young and slightly older...

Teak garden furniture (3 teak dining tables, 1 under the walnut tree provides the necessary shade and more than enough dining chairs and lounge chairs)

The delicious cuisine is of course not to be missed. Lots of restaurants where you can really enjoy yourself for a small price. The foie gras, duck, goat cheese, sheep ... and all this combined with a nice Cahors wine, in short, here it really is living like a god in France . Just come and discover this for yourself and you have found the formula for a successful holiday!!! Have a nice holiday in advance! FYI: if the weather should fail for a day in exceptional cases, there is a bookcase full of reading books for young and old, comics, board games and numerous DVDs, so don't worry...

June and September are also very nice months there, so for those who can go out of season, don't hesitate!

For the somewhat more active days there is far too much to mention.

Cyclists (both racing bike and mountain bike) and hikers will definitely get their money's worth.
