This holiday villa consists of:

- Two luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of the bathrooms also has a small dressing room

- Four beautiful bedrooms with built-in sliding door wardrobes.
All places in the house have air conditioning and hot-air heating, and all rooms also have electric shutters.

Nice excursions in the area include Carcassonne (La Cité is a uniquely preserved 11th century complete city and breathtakingly illuminated at night), the university city of Narbonne, the wide sandy beaches of St. Pierre sur Mer, Narbonne Plage and Gruissan (all accessible by car within 30 minutes).
A boat trip on the Canal Du Midi. You can also cycle along this canal. For those who like to take on a challenge, there is an opportunity for parachuting initiation in the immediate vicinity. The other sporting activities in the area are: golf, canoeing, mountain biking, canyoning and hiking.
