Located on the edge of the charming French village of Ginestas, Villa Les Petits Oliviers is a beautifully furnished holiday home for up to 6 people, with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. The extensive landscaped garden, outdoor kitchen and large private swimming pool make it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun in the south of France.

Village life and nature within reach

The villa is within walking distance of the village center of Ginestas, where you will find all basic amenities: bakery, bar, restaurants, post office and tobacconist. Just a 5-minute drive away is the village of Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude, with supermarkets and more shops.

The Mediterranean beaches are easily accessible by car, as are the historic towns of Narbonne, Béziers and the famous medieval citadel of Carcassonne. Nature lovers can walk along trails, discover authentic villages and enjoy the wine landscapes all around.
